On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 16, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 5, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Suffolk County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
