DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Asif Suleman, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 22, 2012, November 7, 2012, and March 5, 2013, respectively, and to permit the Town of Brookhaven to serve and file a supplemental reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to permit the Town of Brookhaven to serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief is granted, and on or before November 13, 2013, Asif Suleman shall serve and file the supplemental respondent's brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief is granted, and on or before November 25, 2013, the Town of Brookhaven shall serve and file the supplemental reply brief, if it be so advised; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
