Grasek, Jr., for leave to file a reply affirmation in connection with his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to file a late notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 23, 2013, on behalf of the defendants Sharp Realty, LLC, Linda Sharp, Sharp Family Realty, LLC, and Michael Sharp, and to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 9, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as Arthur V. Grasek, Jr., does not represent the defendants Sharp Realty, LLC, Linda Sharp, Sharp Family Realty, LLC, and Michael Sharp.
