On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 8, 2013, in the above-entitled proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 4, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
