Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2012, September 28, 2012, October 2, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively, on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 2, 2013, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the children, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
