It is Ordered that respondent's motion is granted only to the extent of accelerating the return date of appellant's motion from November 18, 2013 to October 15, 2013. Upon acceleration, appellant's motion for an enlargement of time is granted on condition that appellant perfect her appeal by no later than the March 2014 term - the filing deadline is January 8, 2014. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
