| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2009, January 21, 2010, and June 21, 2012, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2013, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate the appeals, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2013, for poor person relief, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
