| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant Lawrence Hospital pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file its brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, County, dated March 27, 2013. Separate application by the appellant Hamid Mootabar for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until November 22, 2013, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief of the appellant Guilane Agnant shall be served and filed on or before November 22, 2013.
