Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated July 13, 2010, and May 10, 2011, respectively, a decision of the same court dated December 8, 2010, a decree of the same court dated January 4, 2011, and an interlocutory judgment of the same court dated March 19, 2012, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
