Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated September 4, 2012, and November 21, 2012, respectively, inter alia, to vacate a certain warrant of eviction.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until December 2, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
