Motion by the respondent to clarify a decision, order and judgment of this Court dated September 11, 2013, which determined a proceeding for a writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application for bail reduction upon Kings County Indictment No. 3592/13.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking a bail sufficiency hearing in the Supreme Court.
