| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to direct the appellant to serve the respondent with the record and brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 13, 2012, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 15, 2013, the respondent shall serve the respondent with two copies of the record on appeal and the appellant's brief, and file proof of service with the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 16, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
