Motion by the appellant to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court, Kings County, under index No. 210184/13, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 20, 2013.
