DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated September 24, 2013, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to direct the respondent to provide her with certain material, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the orders to show cause in accordance with their terms.
