ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 26, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 30, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 21, 2103," and substituting therefor the date "November 21, 2013."
