Motion by the appellant, in effect, to renew and reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, Housing Part, under L & T Index No. 52667/13, and the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 13913/08, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 28, 2012. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
