DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 9, 2013, and to stay certain proceedings in the Family Court, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel are denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
