| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 23, 2010, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2013. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a supplemental reply brief is denied, and that motion is otherwise denied as academic.
