ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2013, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 9, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 12, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "December 19, 2013."
