Selena M.S. having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Seneca County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 29, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Selena M.S., sworn to September 16, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Steven J. Getman, Esq., PO Box 449, Ovid, New York 14521, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's briefs reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
