| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants Michelle Quinones, Craig Zebuda, Women's Contemporary Care Associates, P.C., and Winthrop University Hospital, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a joint supplemental record on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 6, 2013, containing certain attorney affirmations. Separate motion by the appellants Paul Byrne, Frederic Moon, Cynthia A. Fretwell, and Paul R. Byrne, M.D., P.C., inter alia, in effect, for leave to serve and file a joint supplemental record containing certain attorney affirmations.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that the appellants shall serve and file a joint supplemental record containing the subject affirmations on or before December 2, 2013, and the motions are otherwise denied.
