| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order and interlocutory judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 22, 2013, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing her notice of cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 16, 2013, the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), as well as a supplemental record containing her notice of cross appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
