DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated September 3, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to serve and file an affidavit or affirmation in accordance with the second decretal paragraph of the scheduling order dated October 16, 2013, is extended until December 17, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
