| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to stay enforcement of so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 13, 2013, as immediately suspended him from the practice of law pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.4(l(1)(ii) and (iii), or, in effect, to postpone his interim suspension to allow him time "to wind up . . . cases . . . nearing completion. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 4, 1998.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
