Motion by the appellant on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 4, 2013, July 19, 2013, September 13, 2013, and September 24, 2013 (two orders), respectively, inter alia, to direct that the children be produced for an in camera interview and to direct forensic evaluations of the subject children and the parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
