| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 2, 2008, and for leave to proceed pro se.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after the appeal is perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, assigned counsel shall perfect the appeal on or before December 16, 2013.
