Motion by appellant under docket no. 2013-256 QC to vacate an order of this court dated May 20, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated December 19, 2012, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to consolidate that appeal with the appeal under docket no. 2013-318 QC. In a separate motion, appellant moves under docket no. 2013-256 QC to vacate an order of this court dated July 22, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from a separate order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated December 19, 2012, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for the purpose of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of appellant's motions seeking to vacate the dismissals are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the remaining branches of appellant's motions are denied as moot.
