DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard Long, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered February 3, 2010, to restore the appeal to the general calendar and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal. The appeal was stricken from the general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 5, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to restore the appeal to the general calendar is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
