Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 28, 2011, for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellant's prior motion for an order imposing sanctions upon respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 15, 2013, appellant's prior motion was denied.
