Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Pawling, Dutchess County, entered April 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and appellant shall serve and file her brief on or before November 26, 2013. No further enlargements will be granted.
