Motion by Marie Catanzaro, as executrix of the estate of Sal Catanzaro, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Sal Catanzaro on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 20, 2012, and, in effect, to amend the caption.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Marie Catanzaro, as the executrix of the estate of Sal Catanzaro, is substituted for the deceased respondent Sal Catanzaro, and the caption is amended accordingly.
