Irene R.L. Pelled, Respondent, v Roger Hoyes and Caribbean Tours Specialists, Inc., Appellants.

Motion by appellants for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Fourth District, entered December 2, 2012, to continue a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated June 18, 2013, and for an order directing the return of garnished funds.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal and to continue the stay are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an order directing the return of garnished funds is denied without prejudice to renewal, as there has been no showing that any funds have actually been garnished.
