On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 25, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 14, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "November 14, 2013."
