Application by Emel Ersan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 5, 1994, under the name Amy Emel Guntore, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Emel Ersan Navarro.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Emel Ersan to Emel Ersan Navarro, effective immediately.
