| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Mordechai Mendlowitz, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 12, 2013, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Mordechai Marc Mendlowitz.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Mordechai Mendlowitz to Mordechai Marc Mendlowitz, effective immediately.
