Respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 9, 2013, and May 14, 2013, to consolidate the appeals and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mark C. Davison, Esq., dated October 29, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is insofar as it seeks an order vacating the dismissal of the appeals is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals is granted, and

It if further ORDERED that respondent-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before December 27, 2013, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
