Application by the respondent New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 5, 2012. Separate application by the respondent Cadman Towers, Inc., for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 16, 2013, and the applicants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
