Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered August 8, 2013, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order or a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
