| DECISION ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants on appeals and cross appeals from two orders the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2012, and November 30, 2012, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 2, 2013, to enlarge the record to include certain documents or for the Court to take judicial notice of those documents, and, in effect, to enlarge their time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 9, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
