| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Perry A. Randall, Jr., was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 22, 1983. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2011, Mr. Randall was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4), based upon his conviction of a serious crime, the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against him, based upon a petition dated January 17, 2012, and the matter was referred to the Honorable Harry E. Seidell, as Special Referee, to hear and report. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 2, 2013, Mr. Randall was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Michael Ira Josephs, 83-33 Austin Street, Apt. 5M, Kew Gardens, N.Y. 11415, is hereby appointed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.10(g) as inventory attorney (1) to take custody of, and inventory, the legal files of Percy A. Randall, Jr., a suspended attorney, which are located at 123-20 82nd Avenue, Kew Gardens, N.Y. 11415; (2) to take custody of, and safeguard, the records of any business, escrow, trust, or special account(s) of Mr. Randall found at the foregoing premises; (3) to receive, open, and read any mail addressed to Mr. Randall at his regular place of business; and (4) to take such other action as is deemed proper and advisable to protect the interests of Mr. Randall's former clients in discharging the aforesaid duties.
