Appeals by Nick Koutsostergios from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated both dated October 9, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order under Family Court Docket No. V-12634-13/13A (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-10208) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
