Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 1, 2013, and May 1, 2013, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals or calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 2, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day.
