Appeal by Kareem A. Gibbs from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 11, 2012. By scheduling order dated September 18, 2013, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal or withdraw the appeal on or before November 12, 2013. The appellant has not perfected or withdrawn the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated September 18, 2013 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
