Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 28, 2013, and a resettled judgment of divorce of the same court entered May 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 20, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
