DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with certain transcripts to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 21, 2010, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief. Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is enlarged and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is accepted for filing and deemed timely served, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until January 27, 2014, and the respondent's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
