ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 14, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 7, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 6, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 6, 2013."
