Separate application by the respondent Church of God of St. Albans for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 21, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
