DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Yvonne Debenedetto from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated February 25, 2013. By order to show cause dated October 15, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order is not appealable by right or by permission.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).
