Motion by the respondent D.P. Consulting Corp. to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2012, and May 2, 2013, respectively. Cross motion by the appellant, inter alia, to withdraw the appeal from the order dated May 2, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and the appeal from the order dated May 2, 2013, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that motion is denied as academic.
