Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 4, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated March 28, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 11, 2013, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
